Opis

Are you ready to make a real impact? The FP&A Specialist will be a key member of the Group Finance team at Brose Sitech Group, playing a central role in driving financial excellence across the entire organization. This dynamic position is all about delivering actionable insights through financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making at the group level. You'll ensure consistency in processes, work with teams globally, and be at the forefront of shaping the financial future of the company.

Nasze wymagania

You’ll thrive in this position if you:

hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field,
have 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a multinational environment,
are fluent in English and can confidently navigate financial systems like SAP, TM1, or similar tools,
have a sharp analytical mind, the ability to interpret complex financial data, and a talent for financial modeling,
excel in communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving,
are detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,

Twoje zadania

Key Responsibilities:

Management Reporting and Planning:

create insightful management reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking, to empower data-driven decision-making,
take the lead in financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic goals,
consolidate financial data from global business units to deliver a holistic view of the group’s performance,
collaborate closely with teams across the organization to present financial results and drive strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Risk Assessment:

continuously monitor financial performance across all entities, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks,
dive deep into deviations from financial plans and propose actionable recommendations to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Process Standardization and Optimization:

implement robust tools and templates to standardize financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis,
ensure financial data is consistent, accurate, and aligned across the group to support seamless decision-making.
