Opis

As part of the Group Finance function, the Transfer Pricing Specialist will take ownership of the global transfer pricing framework. This includes the preparation and maintenance of the Group’s Transfer Pricing Masterfile, the development of internal policies, and coordination across jurisdictions to ensure consistency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with an end-to-end approach and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.

Nasze wymagania

You’ll thrive in this position if you:

degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field,
minimum 3 years of experience in a transfer pricing role within a global organization or advisory firm,
proven experience with transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile/Local File), policy development, and benchmarking,
strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax compliance,
hands-on mindset with the ability to manage projects from start to finish,
skilled in analyzing financial data; experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus),
effective communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills,
fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Twoje zadania

Key Responsibilities:

prepare and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Masterfile, ensuring full alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulatory requirements,
lead the development and regular updates of the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Framework, ensuring relevance and practical applicability across business models,
coordinate global transfer pricing documentation activities, supporting local teams in the preparation of Local Files and intercompany agreements,
act as a key contact point for global TP-related matters, including audits, tax authority queries, and intercompany pricing challenges,
collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Controlling, Legal, and Operational teams to ensure policy implementation reflects business operations,
monitor changes in international tax regulations and assess their impact on Brose Sitech's global transfer pricing strategy,
support transfer pricing aspects of new business models and cross-border flows.
