Opis

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Order Management Specialist to support end-to-end order processing and customer relations in an international environment. The role combines customer service, logistics coordination, order management, and cross-functional cooperation to ensure efficient delivery processes and high customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with ERP/SAP experience and strong English and German language skills who enjoy working in a dynamic, process-oriented organization.

Nasze wymagania

  • minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field,
  • fluent English and German, both written and spoken,
  • experience working with ERP/SAP systems and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel,
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills,
  • high attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving mindset,
  • knowledge of logistics, export processes, and commercial documentation would be considered an advantage,
  • customer-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.

Twoje zadania

  • managing the end-to-end customer order process, from pre-sales activities to order fulfillment and post-sales support,
  • coordinating orders and communication between customers, sales teams, production, logistics, and finance departments,
  • entering, updating, and maintaining customer orders, schedules, and master data in ERP/SAP systems,
  • monitoring order execution and ensuring timely deliveries while proactively communicating updates, delays, or changes to customers,
  • coordinating logistics and export-related activities, including cooperation with transport providers and support with customs documentation,
  • verifying the accuracy of commercial and financial documents, including invoices, credit/debit notes, shipping documents, and order confirmations,
  • supporting finance-related activities such as payment monitoring, credit limit verification, and cooperation with Accounts Receivable teams,
  • handling customer claims and coordinating corrective actions with internal stakeholders,
  • preparing operational reports and analyzing order management and logistics-related data,
  • supporting process improvement initiatives within customer service and supply chain operations.
