We offer a three-level hourly rate:

• New driver (first 6 months) / Tipper truck driver: €15.50 gross/hour
• Standard tanker truck driver: €16.40 gross/hour
• Tanker truck driver with ADR certification: €17.00 gross/hour

During the first 4–8 weeks, the salary may be slightly lower because new employees are mainly involved in training and familiarisation with their duties.

Additional Benefits

• Local transport – home every day: €12 per day
• Long-distance transport – weekends at home: €24 per day
• Sunday / public holiday: €120 per day

Examples of Net Monthly Earnings

• New local transport driver, tax class 1: approx. €2,600 net
• New long-distance transport driver, tax class 1: €2,894 net
• Local tanker driver, tax class 1: €2,729 net
• Local silo driver, tax class 3: €3,171 net
• Long-distance silo driver, tax class 1: €3,076 net
• Long-distance silo driver, tax class 3, 1 child allowance: €3,367 net
• Long-distance ADR driver, tax class 3, 2 child allowances: €3,505 net
• Top earner – ADR-certified long-distance driver, tax class 1, working 4 Sundays: €3,775 net

The position with four Sundays per month is available only on a limited basis.

• Support during the relocation and start of employment in Germany

Work Organisation

Currently:

• Around 20% of our drivers work in local transport
• Around 80% work in long-distance transport
• Around 50% of long-distance drivers are ADR-certified

Local transport means returning home every day.

Long-distance transport means working away from home during the week and returning home for the weekend.

Languages

All languages are welcome.

Our dispatch department currently includes a dispatcher from Ukraine who previously worked as a dispatcher in Poland for many years and speaks Polish well.

We currently have staff speaking:

German, English, Ukrainian, Serbian, Bosnian, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Albanian and Macedonian.
