· Comprehensive maintenance of personnel and payroll records in accordance with current labor, social security and tax laws:
- employee personnel files,
- records of working time, vacation and sick leave,
- Benefit cards,
- Preparation of personnel documents: certificates, contracts, annexes, labor certificates, etc.
· Reporting employees to Social Security, updating their data and deregistering them;
· Calculation of salaries and preparation of payroll;
· Representing the company in dealing with customers and government institutions (ZUS, GUS, US);
· Cooperation with clients to clarify issues regarding employee data or accrued salary;
· Preparation of:
- Social Security, PIT, PFRON, GUS declarations;
- HR and payroll reports;
· Calculation of employment contracts and civil law contracts.
