The basis for processing this data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) c) GDPR and 22(1) of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended) and §1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of May 28, 1996 (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 894, as amended).
4. The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities necessary to complete the recruitment process.
5. Your personal data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed.
6. You have the right to request the Administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, object to data processing, transfer data and the right to withdraw consent.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The supervisory body will be the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8. Providing personal data by you in the scope resulting from art. 22 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary.
