Very good knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations
Experience with HR & payroll systems (e.g. CDN Optima or similar)
Practical knowledge of MS Excel
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (comfortable communication)
Accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills

Higher education or studies in progress (HR, administration, economics)
Experience working with external clients
Completed HR and payroll training courses
Independent payroll processing (employment contracts and civil law contracts)
Working time settlement (overtime, vacations, sick leave)
Preparation of declarations and reports for ZUS, Tax Office (US), GUS and PFRON
Preparing payroll reports and summaries for clients and internal company needs
Ongoing cooperation with company clients regarding payroll services
Monitoring changes in labor law and social security regulations
Participation in optimizing and improving payroll processes
Providing substantive support to junior specialists in the team
