GDPR Information Clause for Job Applicants
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform
you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Works4You Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process and, if you provide separate consent, for future recruitment processes.
- The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, to fulfill legal obligations arising from labor law provisions;
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on your consent for additional data or participation in future recruitment processes.
- Providing personal data required by labor law is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing additional data is voluntary.
- Your personal data may be shared with entities providing services to the Controller, including IT service providers, recruitment partners, payroll service providers, and entities authorized under applicable law.
- Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you consent to future recruitment, for a period of up to 24 months or until consent is withdrawn.
- You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, unless required by applicable law.
Consent for the current recruitment process:
"I consent to the processing of my personal data by Works4You Sp. z o.o. for the purposes of the current recruitment process in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)."
Optional consent for future recruitment processes:
"I consent to the processing of my personal data by Works4You Sp. z o.o. for the purposes of future recruitment processes conducted by the company."
