Opis

This is an on-site position based at our client’s location in Kraków, with a potential for partial remote work upon agreement with the line manager.
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting and managing end-user devices and applications globally – focusing on 3rd line (L3) endpoint support.
You will work in a distributed international team (Belgium & Poland) and will be assigned tickets directly – no phone queues or direct user interaction required.

The role requires strong technical know-how combined with excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude.

Nasze wymagania

 

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with SCCM (deployment & software updates)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, PC hardware, and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Experience working in an IT support environment (L2 or L3 preferred)
  • Fluent English – both spoken and written (required for meetings and documentation)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – professional communication style
  • Analytical thinking, good time management, and a problem-solving approach

Twoje zadania

 

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices
  • Deploy, configure, and test new applications
  • Install and update software packages using SCCM
  • Provide high-level support for Windows 11 workstations and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate in international IT projects
  • Support IT operations through ticket-based systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards
