We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join us at our Client, Warsaw, Poland where you will be responsible for providing commercial guidance and expertise and ensuring that challenging projects are delivered on time and on budget, develop commercial strategies to ensure that risks and opportunities are identified and managed and manage claims and submissions to ensure that margin is protected and enhanced and working capital recovered in a timely manner. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model with travel to client sites as required.

This role will be closely cooperating with the Project Scheduler and Site Coordinators during daily activities on our significant project located in Nysa, Poland. Technical Coordinator will deliver particular works packages enabling smooth implementation of HON scope and supporting cooperation with 3rd party contractors. This role will be reporting directly to Project Director. The main goal is to support cooperation with other contractors, analyze project schedules, defining daily tasks and 4 months up-front activities, to ensure smooth implementation of the whole project.
